You will be qualified to work in residential, business, or rural sales throughout Perth and Western Australia after completing this course. You can also work as a company broker, buyer's agent, or in other sales-related positions. The certificate you will earn after finishing this course does not, however, qualify you to start your own agency or to engage in property management.
There are 13 online units in the Restricted Sales Registration Course WA, and you have 12 months to finish them.

The Certificate IV course lasts 29 weeks if it has no breaks.
What is the purpose of completing this programme?
You are qualified to operate in real estate sales thanks to the Restricted Sales Registration course WA! You can work in a variety of sales-related positions, including buyers' agents, commercial, residential, and rural sales.
This course is not for you if you want to work in property management. You won't be permitted to start your own agency either.
What will this qualification enable me to do?
You must submit a statement of attainment to be eligible for Restricted Sales Registration in Washington. After you successfully complete your course, National Property College (RTO 45908) issues this to you.
You can apply for restricted sales registration with the Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DMIRS), which is the industry standard in WA for real estate, once you receive your declaration of attainment from National Property College. You'll be able to use this to enter the industry's real estate sales and other sales-related positions.

Are there formal entrance requirements for this course?
Students entering this course at National Property Education of Australia must meet the following
entry requirements:

Students must be a minimum age of 18 years or above at the time of course commencement.

To enter this qualification, applicants should have successfully completed Year 12.

All learners will undertake an initial skills assessment (online) to determine suitability for the course and student needs. The review aims to identify their training needs through questions on previous education or training, the relevance of the course and relevant experience. Determination of course suitability and additional support (if any) will be made by a qualified assessor.

All students will be required to complete an LLN assessment prior to the commencement of the course. National Property Education of Australia uses LLN robot platform for the assessment.
All reports, training supplements and recommendations are generated by the LLN Robot system after comparing the learner’s ACSF spiky profile to the profile of this course. -
For students to enrol into this course it is mandatory for them to have access to a laptop or computer with windows operating system and office application like MS Office at their own cost (refer to online requirements under 3.1 Delivery Arrangement for details)
