The new diploma, the Diploma of Property Agency Management WA (CPP51122), qualifies you to apply for a WA real estate licence! You may also start your own agency with this licence. Additionally, it will enable you to work in senior real estate positions in Western Australia, such as "Principal Agent," "Agency Director," "Licensee in Charge," and "Agency Manager."
You will need to transfer some of the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) or Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) (CPP40307) units into the diploma course if you haven't yet finished the full qualification.
If you lack a full Certificate IV certification, you must complete the bridging units in addition to the 12 online units that make up this course.

You must first get a desktop or laptop computer and dependable internet access in order to enrol in an National Property College online course and earn your real estate licence in Western Australia. The Diploma course lasts 40 weeks if it has no breaks.
What is the purpose of completing this programme?
This course will enable you to achieve your goal of obtaining your Western Australian real estate licence, which is now a prerequisite for admission to Western Australia's universities.

Depending on the current certificate you hold, you may be required to complete gap units in order to enrol in the Diploma of Property – Agency Management.
Are there formal entrance requirements for this course?
Students entering this course at National Property Education of Australia must meet the following
entry requirements:

Must be 18 years or older at course commencement.

Satisfactory completion of Australian Year 12 or equivalent

Mature age students may also be considered without the minimum education requirements but with relevant work experience within chosen area of study and a demonstrated capacity to meet course requirements.
A minimum of 5 years’ experience would normally be expected but each case will be reviewed individually with relevant work experience evidenced by work reference letter on company letterhead, work samples and curriculum vitae submitted will be considered.
Provide English language skills either by:

Evidence of English tests, e.g., IELTS 6.0 or equivalent

Achieved a pass result in level 3/4 VCE English or VCE ESL or equivalent.

Minimum of two (2) years study at an AQF level 4 or higher completed in Australia.
