What is the purpose of completing this programme?
To work as a fully licenced real estate salesperson or property manager in Queensland, you must complete the Real Estate Licence Course QLD.
With this certification, you are eligible to apply for a Real Estate Sales Person Registration Certificate at the Queensland Office of Fair Trading. Following registration, you will be eligible to work in a variety of real estate positions, including sales, marketing, administration, property management, or even as a director of your own agency.
Blended (Online + Distance Learning)
This course at National Property Education of Australia will be delivered via a blended mode using online Zoom sessions and access to the training & assessment resources via email & Learning Management System (Moodle), which will include access to a simulated environment of the Real Estate business, New Pathway Group as well as case studies, templates to achieve knowledge and skills defined in each unit of competency for this qualification.
Are there formal entrance requirements for this course?
Students entering this course at National Property Education of Australia must meet the following
entry requirements:

Students must be a minimum age of 18 years or above at the time of course commencement.

To enter this qualification, applicants should have successfully completed Year 12.

All learners will undertake an initial skills assessment (online) to determine suitability for the course and student needs. The review aims to identify their training needs through questions on previous education or training, the relevance of the course and relevant experience. Determination of course suitability and additional support (if any) will be made by a qualified assessor.

All students will be required to complete an LLN assessment prior to the commencement of the course. National Property Education of Australia uses LLN robot platform for the assessment.
All reports, training supplements and recommendations are generated by the LLN Robot system after comparing the learner’s ACSF spiky profile to the profile of this course. -
For students to enrol into this course it is mandatory for them to have access to a laptop or computer with windows operating system and office application like MS Office at their own cost (refer to online requirements under 3.1 Delivery Arrangement for details)
