You can maintain your position in the industry by enroling in a CPD (Continuous Professional Development) courses provided by National Property College. Additionally, it's the ideal choice to get your Class 2 License.

You will keep relevant with the continually evolving requirements of the market by taking the CPD course for assistant agents.

 

 

The ever-changing criteria of the industry must be kept up with for CPD for assistant agents.

 

After four years, if you complete the course in three units annually, you will need just one more unit to earn the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419) and be eligible to work as a Class 2 real estate agent.

Enrol today and pay an annual fee to finish three units and receive a temporary certificate as confirmation that CPD requirements have been met. The National Property College system allows you to keep track of your outstanding and completed units as well as credit any completed courses.

How much time is spent on this course?

The course lasts 4-9 weeks if it has no breaks.

What is the purpose of completing this programme?

After finishing your CPD for the year, you must submit documentation to NSW Fair Trading. Your assistance agent registration could be suspended or cancelled if you don't accomplish this. CPD keeps you informed of market movements. Additionally, it aids in keeping up industry best practises.

What will this qualification enable me to do?

CPD is required of you if you possess a Class 1 licence, Class 2 licence, or Certificate of Registration. Your real estate licence might be canceled or suspended if you don't complete your CPD or don't provide NSW Fair Trading with documentation that you have.

The CPD course for assistant agents is evaluated on training hours rather than points. Your three units must be completed within the CPD year, which lasts from March 23 of one year to March 22 of the next year.

Are there formal entrance requirements for this course?

Students entering this course at National Property Education of Australia must meet the following

entry requirements:

  • Students must be a minimum age of 18 years or above at the time of course commencement.

  • To enter this qualification, applicants should have successfully completed Year 12.

  • All learners will undertake an initial skills assessment (online) to determine suitability for the course and student needs. The review aims to identify their training needs through questions on previous education or training, the relevance of the course and relevant experience. Determination of course suitability and additional support (if any) will be made by a qualified assessor.

  • Mature age students may also be considered without the minimum education requirements but with relevant work experience within chosen area of study and a demonstrated capacity to meet course requirements.

  • All students will be required to complete an LLN assessment prior to the commencement of the course. National Property Education of Australia uses LLN robot platform for the assessment.
    All reports, training supplements and recommendations are generated by the LLN Robot system after comparing the learner’s ACSF spiky profile to the profile of this course.

  • For students to enrol into this course it is mandatory for them to have access to a laptop or computer with windows operating system and office application like MS Office at their own cost (refer to online requirements under 3.1 Delivery Arrangement for details)

What units will I complete?

The units required for the assistant agent CPD are taken from the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (CPP41419).

Students have the choice to complete any three of the following units annually:
